Scope of Supply<\/strong><\/p>

The supply includes the provision of research services, configuration, parameterization, testing and commissioning of two substations in Paraguay with voltage levels of 230\/ 24.3kV, substation consisting of a command and control system EFACEC, and protection relays Schweitzer SEL, in the 24.3kV existing will be implemented one Efacec command and control system for integration into HMI substation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

System Description<\/strong><\/p>

The configuration and testing scope included the following equipment:<\/p>

Command and Control SE_Saltos de Guair\u00e1:<\/span><\/p>

    • 1 UC500E EFACEC installed on the Industrial PC;<\/li>
    • 10 BCU 500 EFACECfor 220 kV line control, transformer 220 \/ 23kV, auxiliary services and control of the 18 cells of 23kV (1 BCU commands 3 cells);<\/li>
    • 1 Switch\u2019s MOXAat a cabinet (a total of 7 cabinets), connected in star for the switch installed in the control cabinet;<\/li>
    • 1 GPS LTSinstalled in the control cabinet;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

      Protection Relays SE_Saltos de Guair\u00e1:<\/span><\/p>

        • 2 Protection Relays to Transformer Schweitzer SEL487E,as primary protection (cabinet TR220kV) and backup (cabinet TR23kV)<\/li>
        • 2 Protection Relay to line Schweitzer SEL421as primary protection and backup;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                  Description of Activities<\/strong><\/p>

                  The ENGIPROT work team was responsible for implementing the settings in factory in all system to command and control and protections the mobile substation, implementation and testing of all systems and putting into service, It was also carried out all the necessary paperwork and delivered to the end customer (Specifications and protocols, etc...).<\/p>

                  The ENGIPROT work team held all functional tests of command and control and protections, commissioning of all cabinets and respective integration with the equipment, in the customer's presence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                  Benefits for the Client<\/strong><\/p>

                  With the inclusion of ENGIPROT in the team of commissioning tests EFACEC assured the achievement of factory tests and all commissioning work, and ensured the entry into service of mobile substation with all systems up and running.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
