Scope of Supply
The supply includes the provision of commissioning services for a control system installed at the 220/132/11.5 kV Kinyerezi substation.
System Description
The following equipment was included in the scenarios and tests:
- 220 kV Double-Line Panel, equipped with: ABB REL 670
- 4 Transformer Panels 11.5/220 kV, equipped with: ABB RET 670 / ABB REF 615;
- 1 Line/Bus Coupler Panel 220 kV, equipped with: ABB REC 670;
- 1 Line/Transformer Panel 220/132 kV, equipped with: ABB RET 670 / ABB REF 615 / ABB REL 670;
- 1 Bus Coupler 220 kV, equipped with: ABB REB 670;
Activity Description
The ENGIPROT team was responsible for the commissioning of the control and monitoring system, working in collaboration with the teams that commissioned JEL.
In addition, ENGIPROT was also responsible for on-the-job training of TANESCO technicians.

By including ENGIPROT in the commissioning testing team, EFACEC ensured that testing was carried out in parallel with the remaining commissioning activities, allowing the overall project completion deadline to be shortened.
