Since 2010, ENGIPROT has been built on one conviction: good leadership only goes far with a strong team.
Today we introduce the people at the helm: managing partners André Salvado and Amílcar Duarte.
In the early years, most projects were in international markets, mainly in power transmission and distribution networks, which allowed us to build a team with broad competence and experience.
Since then, leadership has meant consistent decisions: moving premises in 2017 to keep pace with the growing team, strengthening consultancy, design and studies when the pandemic halted work abroad in 2020, widening the offer to conventional power plants in 2021, opening a new office in 2023 and creating the business development area in 2025.
That is what 16 years show: the ability to adapt, our clients’ trust and the rigour of a team that keeps growing.
